3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site, including images, renderings, designs, text, logos, and digital assets (collectively, the “Materials”), is owned by Design by Lily and/or Kamila Kowalska and is fully protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Client responsiveness

Revisions requested
Technical considerations
Delays caused by incomplete information or slow communication are the sole responsibility of the client.

Any details required to produce an accurate concept
Failure to provide accurate information may impact the quality or appropriateness of the final render.
8. Limitation of Liability

Misrepresentations made by agents using conceptual imagery
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
